You need to be invited to your hospital's Familyfirst environment to create an account. Contact a Familyfirst administrator at your hospital to request an invite.
They will invite you from their Administrative Panel and you will receive an email from Familyfirst with instructions on accessing your new account.
The email will include a secure link to login and you will be forced to set a strong password immediately upon logging in for the first time. When you are finished, your account will be ready for use!
